Made-to-Order Products — All Sales Final
All Built by Jayden turbo kits are made-to-order products. Each kit requires the purchasing, preparation, and fabrication of specialized components based on the customer's selected configuration.
All turbo kit sales are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations, returns, or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted, including before fabrication or material purchasing has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their selected configuration, product specifications, pricing, and estimated production timeline before completing their purchase.
Production and Shipping Lead Times
Our turbo kits are manufactured to order. Production times vary depending on current order volume, material availability, and fabrication requirements.
Although most orders are expected to ship sooner, customers should allow up to approximately 6 weeks from the date of purchase for production and shipment.
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping date. If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable shipping commitment, Built by Jayden will communicate the delay and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact Built by Jayden as soon as possible with their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when available.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any remedies required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, cancellation requests based on a change of mind are generally not accepted.
This policy applies regardless of whether manufacturing has begun or materials have been purchased.
Exceptions may be approved at the sole discretion of Built by Jayden or when cancellation or refund rights are required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and customer's financial institution.
