Shipping Availability
We currently ship turbo kits to the contiguous United States, excluding California.
We do not currently accept orders for shipment to California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is included in the advertised price of our turbo kits for all eligible shipping destinations.
There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout for eligible addresses.
Production and Processing Times
All Built by Jayden turbo kits are made to order.
Production lead times vary based on current order volume, material availability, and fabrication requirements.
Most orders are expected to ship sooner, but customers should allow up to approximately 8 weeks from the date of purchase for production and shipment.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. Shipping transit time after carrier pickup is additional.
If we cannot ship within the applicable shipping commitment, we will notify affected customers and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by law.
Tracking and Delivery
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Customers should verify that their shipping address is accurate before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
Shipping Damage or Missing Packages
If an order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be missing components, please contact Built by Jayden as soon as possible.
Include your order number, photographs of the packaging and damaged components when applicable, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
